The key environmental laws, regulations and issuances that an establishment or project must comply with are:

It is important for a project or establishment to comply with environmental laws, rules and regulations.

If an establishment or project fails to comply with environmental laws, regulations and standards, it shall be cited for violations. Corresponding fines and penalties will be imposed, depending on the amounts set in the law that has been violated.
